Cascading Choices of Life

It really depends on the situation and person.

1. Yes, Man Problems

Many times people just say ‘yes’ to please the other people. In that case, saying ‘yes’, isn’t really that powerful. They are doing everyone a disservice.

2. Anxiety, Afraid to allow possibilities

People often say ‘No’ when they’re afraid of possibilities and change. As with ‘Yes, man’ people, there’s usually a sense of anxiety involved.

I think what is truly empowering is when you listen to your inner voice and are speaking what you want. …

Decluttering Your Mind for Essential Self-Care

We all have nagging thoughts, some that are important and never to come again, others that are incessant and anxiety inducing, and some that are epiphanies that will change the direction of our life. When they all come together at the same time, they cause feelings of being overwhelmed, confused, mentally paralyzed, or stuck.

If you’ve ever been overwhelmed by a hurricane of thoughts, you’ve been in need of taking a brain dump.

What is a Brain Dump?

Thoughts tend to be abstract. They come in the form of movies, pictures, feelings, and words in varying shapes and sizes. Each thought we have has its…

Changing the Trajectory of Life in Two Steps

If you’re feeling burned out and can’t stay productive, you’re not alone. Burn out is really common and there’s many things you can do about it.

Step 1. First test if you really are at your limit.

Do an activity that you can do mindlessly for hours and be full of enthusiasm.

Examples: Playing video games, talking to your BFF, scrolling on IG or Tiktok, etc.

If you’re so exhausted that you can’t even do the things you truly enjoy, then you have to accept that you are truly burned out.

In this case, go ahead and start resting and budgeting your time for self care. Otherwise go to Step 2.

Step 2. Reframing

A Guide for Newcomers to Avoid Injuries

Good Form Over Good Reps Always

Welcome to 2021, with the New Year come new injuries from new people doing new exercises.

Unfortunately many people aren’t familiar that Exercise, Food, and Rest are all three equally important pillars to muscle growth. Be sure to give each an equal amount of respect if you want to gain muscle.

Exercise

Calibrate and get clear where your strength is.

If your goal is to bulk up and you’re not sure about your current strength, start with “5x5”s where you do 5 sets of 5 reps. …

A Breakdown of the Human Body

I am grateful for my body and all the components within it. We are made up of intricate and complex systems in our bodies. Each a miracle within themselves.

I am sharing this to uplift and remind you of the things we take for granted everyday.

Digestive System

I am grateful for my digestive system. For all the delicious food it breaks down and turns into energy for me.

  • Energy — It easily breaks down nutrients small enough for my body to absorb.
  • Growth — It supports the growth of my body.
  • Cell Repair — It…

Solutions to Get Out of the Trap of Limited Beliefs

Limiting Beliefs

Limiting beliefs are invisible scripts that play in the back of our minds. They tend to show up when we are pushing our boundaries, trying to grow, or try to do the right thing.

Many people who are entrepreneurs, creators, or just trying to put themselves out there face imposter syndrome. I find that imposter syndrome is one of the loudest and relatable versions of invisible scripts.

It usually sounds something like, “who am I to be speaking on this topic?”, …

Journaling is a tool that has wildly and rapidly changed the course of my life. However, it has only served me this way after I started applying a specific approach to it.

I’m writing this article flipped. My template is below. Feel free to look at it, copy it, or extract whatever is meaningful to you immediately. I’ll explain more about it later for those who are curious about anything unclear. My introduction and decision making thoughts are at the end.

Evolving Journal In Three Chunks

My journal template has been evolving over the past few years. Here is the current template that I am…

Unprecedented Opportunity

Importance of Social Distancing

COVID-19 is a serious pandemic and my intention is not to undermine it in anyway. Many mild cases are far from ‘mild’. Right now hospital beds are being saturated and tough decisions need to be made in the medical field. We must all be careful to not only keep ourselves safe, but also our loved ones, and our brothers and sisters in humanity.

However, once appropriate precautions have been taken, its best to change perspective to optimism. 95% of cases are non-critical, and we can see on worldometers that thousands of people are actually recovering from it. …

Introducing the Law of Attraction

The Law of Attraction the term used when one is able to hold a request in their mind in such a way that the Universe responds and unfolds it into existence. This is a latent ability that lies within all humans regardless of their age, nationality, or background.

Many find the Law of Attraction a new age empty promise due to the lack of clarity on how it plays a role among many other perceivable and imperceivable laws in our lives. …
